Enzo lives and works in London and New York. After a career within the luxury industry, his focus shifted on inspirations related to sustainability, with the purpose of raising collective awareness through art.
Enzo is also involved in corporate communication and has worked with leading companies including: Phaidon Press, Barclays Bank, Estée Lauder Group, La Prairie Group, Moncler, Park Hyatt Group, Dorchester Collection, Vivienne Westwood , Royal Marines UK , Royal Geographical society, BIG Architects ,The Royal Foundation, Yale University, European Union Delegation to The United Nations in New York, UNESCO, Vogue Italia, The European Commission Representation in Italy and many other international institutions.
Fran is an Associate at JTP London Studio with almost 10 years of industry experience designing and delivering residential-led projects ranging in size and complexity, from the design of bespoke housing extensions through to large-scale, mixed-use neighbourhoods for major developers.
Upon joining JTP, Fran played an integral role in the award-winning Nicholson Quarter development, creating an exciting mixed-use and later living regeneration project for Maidenhead’s town centre. Fran has also worked on smaller-scale projects at JTP including Howes Green; a PRS housing project in Cambridge.
More recently, Fran undertook a key role on our Fulton and Fifth project in Wembley delivering a 750-home mixed-use scheme providing a range of retail, leisure, light industrial and residential uses. Alongside this project, Fran also worked together with the JTP team on the delivery of the world’s tallest modular student building at 35 storeys in Lewisham.
Fran has a particular interest in the careful communication of design narratives in order to develop a sense of place which is responsive, meaningful and engaging. She believes that community engagement is crucial to achieving a truly successful place, and has collaborated adeptly with a multitude of stakeholders at numerous public consultations.
Outside of the office, Fran is a part-time Teaching Fellow at the University of Bath and is passionate about our role in nurturing the talent of the future. She was selected for the Royal Academy of Arts’ ‘AttRAct Programme’ and continues to support emerging talent as an alumna. Her further interests include salsa, skiing and travelling.
Douglas is a BIFA-Nominated, Scottish producer with 15-years of in-depth industry experience. An EIFF Talent Lab Almuni, he was selected as a BFI NETWORK Insight Producer in 2020 and named as one of The Scotsman’s ‘Ones to Watch in 2021’. He has produced BAFTA shortlisted and Méliès d’Argent winning genre shorts that have collectively been watched over a million times online and screened at over 300 festivals, including Sundance, TIFF and LFF.
His debut feature HOST, with director Rob Savage, was the breakout horror film of 2020. Created remotely during the first UK lockdown, it was released in the UK by Vertigo before premiering on Shudder to rave reviews. It maintains a rare 99% certified fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes and was nominated for three British Independent Film Awards, including a Breakthrough Producer for Douglas.
DASHCAM, also directed by Savage was produced alongside Jason Blum for Blumhouse Productions. Screening at TIFF’s Midnight Madness and as the prestigious Surprise Film at Sitges, it went on to win a BIFA for Best Special Effects and was released theatrically by Momentum in 2022.
He maintains an eclectic genre slate through his production outfit Shadowhouse Films with some of the brightest filmmaking talent of his generation, including HUNGER, his latest collaboration with Savage that they are developing with A24.

Anna Laurini has gained notoriety over the past several years as one of the most distinctive urban contemporary artists to burst onto the London scene. Her process is dynamic and bold yet her underlying femininity permeates her prolific body of work.
Inspired by Cubism and Abstract Expressionism movements, Anna earned a fine art diploma at Central Saint Martins and attended life drawing at Art Student League, New York. Her work has been exhibited in London, Tokyo, New York, Milan and Paris.
Claire Lams is a British actress born in London. She studied acting at Queen Margaret College. She is known for National Theatre Live: One Man, Two Guvnors (2011), Random (2011), and Humans (2015). She is currently part of the Harry Potter and The Cursed Child's cast at West End, where she performs Ginny Potter. She has been in plays such as While You Lie (Traverse Theatre); Educating Rita (Watermill); The Miracle, DNA, Baby Girl (National Theatre); Faustus (Headlong); Harvest (Royal Court Theatre); Absent Friends (Watford Palace); Fields of Gold, Soap (Stephen Joseph Theatre); Coming Around Again, Huddersfield (West Yorkshire Playhouse). On TV, she acted on Silent Witness, The Brief, Holby City, and Eastenders. She also took part in numerous BBC audio and video productions.
